A list of known bugs in JCS
Fortunately, JCS doesn't have many bugs. These are the ones that it does have:
Flipped animation tiles with an
event from the "Triggers & Scenery" group on them make the game crash.
So, if you use a flipped animation tile, DON'T put an event
from that group on it. Otherwise, every time you play your level, the
program will crash and give you an error message.
Walls and warps don't mix. Never put warps
or start positions next to a wall. If you do, the player get's stuck in the wall whenever
he/she uses the warp.
ID 0 doesn't work with Trigger Zone. If you use
0 as the ID number for a trigger zone event, the event has no effect.
1 and up however, work just fine. I'm not sure wether this is a bug but
I put it in here anyway, because when I first used Trigger Zone I couldn't
figure out why it didn't work. After a while I found out that it DID work
with other numbers.
Sometimes
Auto Speed doesn't work on layer 8.
For some reason, Auto Speed doesn't work on layer 8 when "Textured mode"
is not on. It does work on all the other layers, though.
If you put nothing on layer 8, all movement leaves a (permanent) trace behind it. Other than being ugly, this causes lag on servers.

For every Save & Run, JCS adds an empty program-tab to the taskbar. When clicked on, the tabs dissapear.
The "Stop Enemy" event doesn't work on a lot of enemies. [submitted by Jan Vergroote]
