Technical help

This list tells you what happened when you get certain errors:

Error: "Could not find level or tileset for level "C:\Games\Jazz2\level.j2l""

Explanation: The tileset the level uses isn't there or the level doesn't have a tileset at all.

Error: "Jazz Jackrabbit 2 has caused an acces violation at adress 0046DBE3h by attempting to "read" from adress FFFFFFFFh"

Explanation: This happens when you use a flipped animation tile with an event from the "Triggers & Scenery" group on it.

Error: "Unsupported file version 2.03, this cannot be loaded."

Explanation: The level was made with the TSF version of JCS and you can't edit TSF levels with your (older) version of JCS.

Error: When you open a tileset, the tileset window stays empty.

Explanation: The tileset was made with the TSF version of JCS and you can't use TSF tilesets with your (older) version of JCS.
